great stay but noisy dining

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. After a simple request, there were plenty of non-alcoholic options available by the pool. The Junior Suite offered stunning views of the garden, which enhanced my overall experience. The layout of the suites provided an inviting space that felt fresh and relaxing.

The noise level in the dining area made it hard to converse and enjoy meals.

Room was lovely with a stunning sea view, and the pools were ideal for kids. We loved our stay and are returning soon!

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us settle in. Our room was always kept clean and tidy, which made such a difference during our 11 nights. The bar staff were lovely too, even brought us non alcoholic beers after my chat with Reception! !

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable for what we received.

Enjoyed our 9-night stay in a Junior Suite, spacious for family with children. Pool area needed tidying, yet staff were generally helpful. Breakfasts could improve. consider dining off-site for better options. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore local eateries for a more authentic taste.

The Junior Suite offered ample space and a beautiful view that provided a nice escape. Heated pool facilities made for comfortable swimming experiences, especially for families looking to relax.

The entertainment lineup felt a bit lacking, with performances in the main bar drawing very few guests compared to the busier alternate bar. I had issues with the elevator buttons that required multiple pushes to work, which was odd. The gym hours from 10 AM to 6 PM conflicted with my schedule, limiting my access to the poorly equipped space during cooler hours, and the a la carte restaurant disappointed with its quality and variety.

I truly appreciated the lovely decor and spacious areas, which made it easy for me as a senior to navigate comfortably around the resort. The staff were caring, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

The bar staff provided excellent service, particularly Manuel, who was always cheerful and attentive. The rooms were well cleaned and the friendly staff truly contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pool area was often left untidy, reflecting the lack of supervision, and we noticed some issues with cleanliness, including cockroaches, which was quite off-putting. the noise levels in the dining room made it hard to enjoy meals peacefully.
